1st of May

And since there's a slight chance I won't win: what price range are we talking about here for the game? And system requirements? Will they be Uplink-low or "Generic 3D-shooter"-high?

Unknown. Probably $30-40 US, given the cost of Darwinia. Possibly more. Possibly less. We will just have to wait and see.

Yeah, figured that noone knows anything at this point. It's just my singlemindedness at work; I've seen something I want and now I want to know everything about it. No worries. :)

Please note that is only applies to games, books and movies, never girls. That would make me a stalker and a Bad Person.

July 4th. Because there's no better day to start nuclear war than the day one eventually big nation left another eventually big nation.

We were the biggest nation in the world when we left you to die.

I like how minimalist Defcon looks. If it was a space-based game in 3D, it'd be exactly how the simulations in Ender's Game would look.

Does anyone think that there is a storyline to it? At least there should be a reasonable way to explain the six different alliances. Unless you can pick the territories anyway you'd like, Risk-style.

It'll be interesting to see how the multiplayer alliances will eventually begin to work, since all points are scored individually. Also, I don't think the game ends before everything has gone *poof*, so eventually alliances have to, literally, implode.

The current standings are up, as well as "official rules." Pardon any drastic changes to the site, I am still learning both PHP and XHTML, and am using the domain as something of a testbed. Also, pardon the crappy code and layout, for the same reason.
