Playable/nukeable nations?

Does anyone have any idea of what the playable nations will be(other than the USA and USSR)?

I think(and hope) the following list sums it up.

USA
USSR
China
France
Brition
India
Pakistan
Israiel

(give or take Pakistan)

Also, can you nuke anywhare you want, like places such as Iran or Mexico that have absoultely no nuclear arms and can not retaliate in any way(just for fun).

How about Iraq? Red Alert 2 had them.
Or Finland, damn finnes are everywhere online nowdays.

From the articles, it sounds like things will work on a continental basis. North America and Asia (approx USA and the Soviet bloc); Europe, Australia, Africa, South America.

Oh, I thought you were trying to critisize the sheer amount of nations I placed on the list.

I recently saw a screenshot of the world with tha factions being USA, South America(including Mexico), Africa, Europe, USSR and Asia(unless those are combined) which I auctually think would be funner than the realistic approach, I just thought they were going with the realism approach so I was hoping thay'd include thase nations.
