This game might also interest as a sort of Defcon-esque boardgaming experience. It's more about Cold War than "things are about to go *boom*" though.

It's OOP at the moment, and I haven't played it. :/ But just FYI.

Supremacy was the closest I've come to a "Global Thermonuclear War" board game. It was alot of fun although typically ended in armagendon.

You need to make one with miniture working nukes, super realistic fallout! :twisted:
Try ebay for plutonium...

For some reason I've fallen in love with the gameboard. Awesome!

But like all good boardgames....*sigh*

While we're tossing out Defcon-esque games, there's always Nuclear War.

Fits the "everybody dies" motif very well, especially at the end-game with the massive retaliatory nuclear strike, it's very possible that no one will survive the game to "win".
