I have just realised...

... that Defcon has the single most emo tagline I've ever seen.

Worrying.

Also, the promo video voice reminded me of this cartoon.

Not going to put me off buying the game anyway ^_^

Emo Defcon would probably have the tagline "Everybody deserves to die". And that cartoon is weird.

Yes the tagline for Defcon just shows the... finality of Global Thermonuclear Warfare: it's just basically stating a fact. Although 1 line I liked (which was in a preview I think) was "Nuclear apocolypse, measured in points", which sounds just as cool. :P
Yes, I am a smartass... At least, that's what it says on my CV....

I think in order for the tagline to become emo it would have to be changed to "I saw a bird fall from the sky, just as the bombing of LA was announced. A BIRD DIED."

That's what I like bout Israel (I'm from it). Everybody serves in the army and Everybody has REAL problems, thus creating a situation of almost no Emo's in the population.

Wow. It has obviously been way too long since I took Hebrew -- I don't understand more than three sylables of that.

Well the tagline is a bit inaccurate because not EVERYBODY dies, but its the best you could come to a good tagline without sounding stupid (90% of the population dies is just not a good tagline). Also, it is not emo. And even if it was, who cares? Emo people have problems, but their problem is they do not know the meaning of life, the universe, and everything. Its 42 for god's sake, how hard can that be to find out?

And do you know the question belonging to the answer? Because without it the whole answer doesn't make any sense.

The Question and the Answer are mutually exclusive. Only one can be know in each space-time.

However, I am a strong subscriber to the camp that believes that the question is "What Do You Get If You Multipy Six By Nine".

Now I am convinced that you read the book(s) and didn't only watch the movie. Brilliant!

Nah, I would never trust anything that was spelled out by Arthur's "primate scrabble stones".

Especially when he ran out of them... You don't think that that whole guise to teach them English would have worked would it?
