Just to give some verification the scoring will handle like so, Each player plays 3 games, once every-player has played 3 games we tally up each survivor score from each game a player played. Timing/dates really is not a problem. A diplomacy game should only last about 1-2 real hours. The last Diplomacy In Action tournament lasted only a short two weeks last time.
