Actually, I think they are highly effective (my previous post was a joke). I would reccomend them for anyone, and I think they are one of the most overlooked tactics of the game. Pffft....yea right. I don't find it too hard to estimate where a nuke will hit, and I evacuate all airbases in the vicinity just to be sure.
