Re: Can I change prisoners security based on reform grade?
Is there no way to find the reform grade? Not that I'd know of. The reform grade is calculated internally depending on various properties such as how much time spent working, how much time spent in lockdown, how much time spend well fed, etc... with the exact mechanic not being transparent. At leas...

Re: Can I change prisoners security based on reform grade?
I somewhat got my mod to work in a very rudimentary way... The prisoner's security level gets changed depending on the time of last misconduct. ⋅ Max Sec get changed to Med Sec when >=4 days without misconduct ⋅ Med Sec get changed to Min Sec when >=8 days without misconduct &sdo...

Re: Can I change prisoners security based on reform grade?
The ModSchema on the devwiki has some, but needs updating (I'll try and do it next week). The Modding page itself is also good with links to guides and things. Yeah, I even looked into these: http://devwiki.introversion.co.uk/pa/index.php/Modding_Quickstart_Guide http://devwiki.introversion.co.uk/p...

Re: Can I change prisoners security based on reform grade?
You should be able to just use World.TimeIndex. This should be available to both scripted WorldObjects and World scripts. Thanks for the suggestion... I'll try that! By the way is there anywhere a more complete list of available functions etc? Because most guides and resources I found seem like the...

Re: Can I change prisoners security based on reform grade?
Hey... I'm currently writing a little mod I'm intending to use myself for exactly that purpose... What I can say from fiddling around is that at least I don't know of a any way to get the Reform Grade property. But what I can get is the time since the last misbehaviour property and use that together...

Re: [Suggestion] Security Rating Policy
A daily report of who has or is up for changing grade would be nice, you could veto the change on the same report, It would add more micromanagement though :( However, it would be a nice feature for getting to know some of your prisoners, so many come and go without you even seeing their name once....

Re: [Suggestion] Security Rating Policy
As already said on Mantis, count me in for this suggestion... It would be an interesting optional feature to have. It should be researched... and maybe require some sort of "hearing" before they are downgraded to a lower security rating. Also in an additional policy tab maybe have the opti...

Re: [BUG] SHOPS (Alpha 34)
I only realised that because I don't have a library to serve my max secs... (don't want to give scissors to them) There is little worry about max sec using and working in the library, just make sure you have plenty metal detectors around your prison. Most of my prisoners who are literate are genera...

Re: [BUG] SHOPS (Alpha 34)
Well it is the only shop front, so it works (at least I've seen some med secs using it, just to test it, then changed the deployment to max sec on the customer side) But the max secs are avoiding it for some reason. I only realised that because I don't have a library to serve my max secs... (don't w...

Re: [BUG] SHOPS (Alpha 34)
Well, I just ensured that all of the walls belong to the shop room... ... but even if prisoners are working on the shop front in the room, nobody buys anything from them. - Yepp, there are free prisoners roaming around, so there are potential customers, so that's ruled out. - Yepp, they have enough ...

Re: Prison Architect Alpha 33
I AM SHOCKED: What has happened to the community? Instead of thanks for another update with great content, people are crying "I want this, I want that, why it is not there yet..." STOP IT. Chris know what he is doing. It is an update with great content, but don't be mistaken that the impl...

Re: Prison Architect Alpha 33
It should be called the mail room and there are delivery parcels. Instead of guards or prisoners giving the mail, which is a bit strange, they should collect it at another room called the post office. If in solitary, someone can deliver it. Yeah I think so too. There should be one room where all th...

-snip- -snip- Yeah I don't care because I'm not hogging the forum day&night. Let's agree to disagree and let this topic die off like the performance of the game and be done with it. If I could I would just delete the thread. At least I won't create another thread on this forum because I don't l...

Re: Rotation Principle Prison - using all the newest PA feat
maybe we need a new door type to go with the door timer..a NO ACCESS door ....door acts like a wall (no pathfinding through it) unless its locked open Yeah... but it would be nice if the existing remote door would act like this when it realizes that it is connected to a door timer...^^ Because of t...

Re: Performance & Optimization Issues
<snip> I'm able to follow the logic to the part where the increasing map (caused by more space needed for prisoners) would consume the additional processing power... but that's a problem of its own if one wants to start this neverending race where no hardware will ever catch up with the increasing ...
