Should be fixed

We've fixed this now and are waiting on Apple to release the new build.

Sorry about the length of time it took us to fix. The best bet for bugs is to mail support@introversion.co.uk and we'll pick them up much more quickly.

Subversion Tech back in Pay What you Want Sale

The Subversion Tech demos are back on sale and you can pay whatever you like over at IndieGala. A couple of years ago we released the City Generator from Subversion J30i0gABfS8 as well as a Voxel destruction demo that Chris had put together eQMBGLMtdFE At the time we saw these as sweeteners to encou...

Terms and Conditions

We've recently updated our Terms and Conditions, both when using the Introversion Website and also buying any of our games - these new terms also cover Prison Architect. We've taken pains to make sure that we have been as un-restrictive as possible whilst still protecting ourselves from malicious th...

I've fixed the quoting issue. Regarding authorisation. Each entry sends a mail to our customer support system. We then pick off these when we have some time, so there is no expected period before the punter will get a yes or no back. We'll make sure there are none left unauthorised before we do the ...

Ok - I think I've fixed the nickname bug - good spot. If your nickname is the wrong way around you'll need to resubmit to ensure it's correct in the final game. I think we're good to go with this, and we'll launch it with the next update which is coming soon. To answer a few questions: 1. We will ne...

Thanks for your help everyone. Hopefully I've fixed the bug that meant that most of you were showing as not having bought the correct tier. I've also tried to tidy up the error messages and added proper date validation. Please note that the system doesn't check for swear words or anything like that,...

I'm going to fix this tomorrow. It should work for all tiers, but I think it fails on customers with > 1 order. To be able to debug I need the email addresses you use to test. If its failed for you, could you pm me with email address and issue. Thanks for the help!

Name in Game Alpha

We've been really amazed at how well the alpha has performed and we've been in something of a mad scramble to catch up with our technology and processes to fulfil all the orders. Originally we thought that a google group would be okay to hold the name in the game data, but we've had over 1000 people...

Upgrading to a Higher Tier

It's really easy to upgrade to any higher tier in the alpha. 1. Check that we haven't sold out by visiting prison-architect.com 2. Make a paypal donation of the price difference between your current tier and the one to which you wish to upgrade. eg. If you have bought the Base Pack for $30 and wish ...

Please post all bugs in our Mantis bug tracker, NOT here.

Right now we're not focussing on fixing bugs with PA and we're going to work on adding new systems and developing big areas of gameplay.  There will come a time when we need to work through a bug list and it's great that so many of you are finding and logging issues.  To keep these in a useful place...

Min Specs

We're getting quite a few support requests asking for the min specs for PA. Do any of you have some oldish machines that you could try the build on to help us figure out the baseline?

Bug Tracking System

Some of you have been asking for a better method to track bugs - we've used Mantis in the past, and I'd be happy to install that. Are there any other suggestions? Ideally we'd want it running on an IV server so we can control access, and php / mysql is the easiest option for me. Any ideas? *** Updat...
