Well as the resident Apple fanatic I have to say something! As regars the PBs, Apple have something of a mixed record, when they're good they are really beyond compare, however there have been some right donkeys over the years, PB190/5300 and original PBG3/250 to name the most persistant offenders, ...

Now if the gamebible password is 164157157040155141156171040163145143162145164163077 in oct of course.  Do you definitively need Winunzip to be able to enter the password, 'cos I can't get it open on my G4 which is using stuffit.  Any workaround?  Please don't tell me I have to get th...

I spent a nice day in Malmo, there was a great Record shop/cafe where you drank tea downstairs and they span the disks you'd just bought.

Oh and I had a nice kip in the park as well.

Sadly Jag talar inte Svenska which doesn't help.

Ah now the G5s yes there are a couple of funny ones on them.  Suspicion of the 10.2.7 DVD installer being faulty and leading to a load of network problems.  There are quite a number of networking issues on 10.3 but mainly when connecting to older PCs. Apple II eh, that's going back a bit, ...

Oi, where'd the Paddy bashing come in, and why?  Unacceptable. I think back to the mod thing that it should be somebody who has a regular time situation, the alternative timezone to Icepick isn't a bad idea, then you can have a 'chase the sun' mod and thus increase the likelihood of having some...

Yeah the night one is good, I'm a big fan of light streams and such.  When I had my old 35mm cam whilst I was trying to figure out how to use it I played with manual shutter speed and stuff and inadvertantly got some quality shots of the traffic at night like a sped up piece of video.  I'm...

Sorry to break with the norm guys but I think it would be a disaster for the General if stews were to be made mod. Stews is probably the most liked and respected individual in the Forum and also one of the most widespread contributors.  His contributions would be more difficult, certainly the n...

So, many people have particular times they post, others seem to be more random.  I just thought I'd ask where do you post to the forum, at home/school/work, what are your surroundings like?  I just thought it would give everyone a little extra colour to peoples names and posts.  You c...

I must admit when I first got the game was at the zenith of time consumption, I came home after receiving my full version and sat on it for around 3 1/2 hours until 2.45am.  The resulting sleep-depravation and nodding dog syndrome throughout the next day forced me to rethink my strategy. I have...

I agree that the atmosphere makes the game, what seems a simple format is extremely effective and certainly lured me into the game very quickly.  Once I get into a game I'm fine but I tend to have a low boredom threshold at the beginning of playing something new.  No problem with Uplink on...
