Well it doesn't look like so much spam that it couldn't be cleared out once a day in 10 minutes a day! Another thing I think would help the player control movement would be timed deployment zones, so an area you only want prisoners to use for certain periods of the day could be marked staff only at the other times.

If so, why don't they delete the spam? If not, why don't they appoint someone?

Is there a way to tell what grade standard you managed to build the cell to without waiting till a prisoner moves into it?

Redtear, that's a good point. Otherwise if you run your prison well and every one behaves well, you either have to make 3 times the ammount of cells you need so that your prisoners can all be in an above average one, or the game has to have a concept of average behavious in the context of your priso...

I think I disagree that having not long to go on a sentence doesn't stop real people trying to escape. Unless you know someone who was idiotic enough to increase his own sentence by trying it in his last 6 months inside?
