"You have an idea, get excited about it, then it flops. Then you have another idea, get excited about it, and it flops. Only a fool is still excited by the 99th idea, which then flops. But it might be the 100th idea that finally works... God rewards hopeful fools." So I guess Benjamin Franklin was ...

There are 10 levels in the game, plus a number of excellent mods for the game. The difficulty just depends on how good you are at games, really. Regardless, its well worth it, and even if you do find the game too easy, most of the mods available are a lot harder. Heh, tell me about it. Doing the St...

The SOP these days are: 1. Make a very public announcement about a new hacking game. Claims to be better than Uplink or something within those lines. 2. Brag about how full-featured the game 'will be'. 3. Show a Photoshop rendered-screenshot (Possibly edited by the grandma, who knows...) 4. Solicit ...

Welcome y'all. You may also want to try IV's newer other game called Darwinia. Its rocks as much as their original game [Uplink] and the demo is free for you to try!

3) The ActiveMark copy protection scheme that Trygames use to lock demo software is a pain in the ass to remove from your PC, and can be annoying when you try installing other demos from them.

4) Go to Darksun's post No. 2 (this is most important).

If you have no knowledge of graphics, have a friend or another person do it for you. That way your sig will surely look wicked, not wacky. =)

Well, Darwinia to me is as exhilerating as Uplink, and the possibilities are endless too with the ability to make your own mods. Just check out the Mods section on the Darwinia forums (go for Stricken Souls, you'll get a kick out of it =) to see. Cheers! ^^

Anyone who can donate some help, coding or ideas, it's appreciated. I have an idea. Why don't you stop yapping and just finish the damn thing, if you're really on to something. If you even have the slightest resemblance of a working module then post a link and we'll see if viewing this thread was e...

But these people's willingness to work with me no matter how rediculous I sounded amazed me. They've shown me nothing but kindness. Even the people that are very disrespectful to them. I take any negative thing I may have ever said about the Koreans back. They are some of the kindest people I have ...
