If you want the problem fixed, provide useful information. What kind of computer? What OS are you running? What kind of CPU? GPU? Are your drivers up to date? Are you playing the Steam version of Prison Architect or the stand alone version? If the Steam version, have you tried deleting all game file...

You do realize that when you create a new prison, you can choose between "small," "medium," and "large" map sizes, right?

well, im no programmer, but the game is about parallel entities, so i think it would really help. it also needs some optimization. The complaint was not that the game was laggy, but that it was laggy because it was not exploiting multiple cores. "Please optimize more" is very different fr...

Parallel code is not a panacea. The game already uses two cores (one for path-finding, one for everything else); further parallelizing may or may not actually help.

Those blue outhouses are not normally water dependent, anyway. Rather, there is a large tank full of chemicals into which people make their deposits, which must be pumped out every so often. Perhaps the outhouses should generate garbage?
