When's the next Alpha build?
IIRC, the devs are back from holiday and minecon, and I recently got back from a holiday of my own, and I was wondering if I missed any announcements about the next patch. Did I? Has there been any word on the next build release? Since the release of A4, I've not heard a peep.

What's that blue and white thing above the sink, a euro tanning bed? They're sneezeguards for the serving tables. In the real world, most buffet-style serving tables are required to have them by law, or else it's a health code violation (depending on where you live of course, and how seriously they...

Gentlemen please! Just because the game's about inmates doesn't require us to act like them. I'm with the camp that thinks that there isn't really a place for such a thing in Vanilla PA, but I would be more than happy to see it post release or as a mod of some sort. If the devs like it and decide t...

For someone who thinks discussion is GREAT I must say you are utterly woeful at it. You're talking about contributing here? Why not go back and read over some of the several hundred posts I have that do exactly that. It's much more than the putrid drivel that has seeped from your gob so far anyway....

Leave that decision to the developers. What? This is a discussion thread. By your logic the whole forum could be shut down. Haha what? No. It doesn't work that way. The problem is you're making douchey absolute statements regarding the direction of the game, and effectively discouraging any discuss...

Just to clarify to everyone. This is an alpha. Development for any software goes: Add features, bug fix features, release, with those stages being alpha, beta and release respectively. If you're not bug fixing as you're going along, you're setting yourself up for cataclysmic failure, and you are ve...

I hadn't noticed that about the age of prisoners, but I suspect it's probably a bug right now. There's certainly no graphical difference which probably helps. The developers have said they want to tackle thorny subjects and issues in this game. They don't want to water everything down because some ...

Employment of labour sounds good, it's a common occurrence and can help with reformation work. The delinquents tour sounds a bit problematic, folks may not be entirely okay with seeing a teenager knifed to death. Perhaps VIP tours such as inspectors (an idea floated elsewhere) would be okay though....
