A lot of this is going to come down on cultural lines. I'm not certain, but I'm fairly confident British prison guards don't carry firearms as standard and it's not something I'd want my guards in-game doing either. With the planned Riot Squad, I understand them being armed as they'll be dealing wi...

Okay, people, posting numerous digits of pi has been done to death. Please stop. Same with digits of e or phi, as well as strings of random digits. It has been done, it isn't random, and it is no longer clever. Please stop. xander does this help  的地方得到ࠡ...

Re: Any guitarists?

I like to play once in a while. No pro or anything but I don't intend on joining a band, I just like playing for the fun of it. I've got 3 electrics atm, looking to get an acoustic slim body and a new electric (gonna be about 1200$). Oh, and this is a guitarist named Shu-Xin and he's pretty damn go...

...non-deadly weapons... Not to be pedantic, but "less lethal." Stun guns, tasers, rubber bullets, bean bag rounds, &c. are less likely to kill, but can still be lethal if one has bad luck (or is actually trying to kill someone). xander but if we could arm guards, and put them on the ...

No question that I want game features more than cheats. Cheats should be the LAST thing added as a fun little bonus to the game. I don't feel its something that should have development time diverted to it from the creation of the actual game features. no like uplink, i ask for no cheats at all at t...

So after messing with the regime i have found that setting a cycle of yard->eat->shower->freetime with around 4h of sleeping in the night works pretty well. I'm having other problems but these are more bugs than gameplay problem ( 2 of my prisoners are stuck in walls , injured prisoners don't use t...

You guys should add the ability to purchase fire extinguishers from the fire dept for the guards to use, they would have to be ordered remote so a player can't just buy them when a fire starts. As a negative if you hang them in a public area maybe a prisoner can take it and use it to clock a guard....

I think they call those trusted prisoners "trustees". Perhaps you could look at a prisoner's history at the prison and if it is clean enough you could designate them a trustee. This usually means slightly better accommodation for them and slightly more freedoms. Trustees are very useful, ...

Practically speaking, hiring someone to 'help' work on the development at this stage is likely more trouble than it's worth. In prison terms, too many cooks in the kitchen. Introducing someone to work on already established and developing code, particularly where there's been so few developer[s], c...

Re: Is Introversion considering to hire more staff?

I was just thinking. Seeing as this game has already made over 600.000$ in alpha, are you guys considering bringing in another coder to speed things up. Maybe just freelance or on part-time basis? It has done wonders for the development of Project Zomboid since they brought in a new guy to code. Wh...
