I loved the whole saga, but this part made me nearly spit coffee:

Re: Suggestion: Prisoner Journals
Spacebase DF-9 does this in the form of the "Spaceface" tab where you can see what each of your toons is thinking. It's a good idea, but in practice gets extremely repetitive...

Re: Alpha 23 Contraband gone crazy
Probably intentional for this alpha, I'm guessing Chris wanted to really exercise the new contraband features. They'll probably turn it down a few notches in an alpha or two like they did with the tunneling insanity.

QFE, I haven't seen an answer to this anywhere. Haven't tried this feature myself but it seems intriguing.

Re: [Bugs] Expected Behaviour for Solitary?
here in the Portland area we just had a guy escape from prison when he had one week left before his actual release. They caught him 10 hours later. Here this artticle :) http://www.upi.com/Top_News/US/2014/04/30/Inmate-escapes-Oregon-prison/1731398903055/ well, I don't think anyone claims they are ...

Re: [Bugs] Expected Behaviour for Solitary?
I regularly have released prisoners try to smuggle spoons and whatnot out the front gate's metal detector and end up being cuffed and escorted back in... It seems dumb, but I guess it's realistic - here in the Portland area we just had a guy escape from prison when he had one week left before his ac...

Re: [BUG] Can't save due to non-english letters
You can create a new user profile that uses only standard ASCII characters and play the game under that. Although I'm not affected by this bug myself I do understand your concern that this bug seems to be such a low priority... But that's what we get for buying into an alpha. Watching sausage being ...

Re: Stuff made in the Workshop don't get sold automatically?
Reduce the input on wood. I think from observation that prisoners prefer refilling an empty saw with wood over sheet metal. Once there's no wood to put into the saw, they will use metal. Probably a bug or unfinished feature, but this effectively means you can't have a workshop for each because they...

Re: Black Prisoner Uniform
The face-in-game guys can choose their prisoners' wardrobe now. Not my favorite feature; I personally think it really detracts from the game when they show up in stupid t-shirts or whatever.

Kind of... I know I'm one of the guys that only builds in boring (EFFICIENT) rectangles so I actually probably wouldn't use it, but I could see it being useful for the more artistic folk.

Re: Alpha 18 Question
Since it hasn't been noted, the behavior modification program should in theory decrease violence in the prison over time. Personally I also find having full classrooms gratifying even though it doesn't really benefit anything.

Re: Needs escalating rapidly during night time
If all their needs are met at bedtime, hygiene should be the only problem in the morning. The way I handle that is to have a dedicated shower hour first thing and a shower room in every cell block (I also don't cram more than about 20 inmates per block). Combine that with showers in the yard and I c...

Re: [suggestion] Flood Fill room allocation on double click
Sounds good, would allow for easy designation of rooms if they're on the large side. On the other hand, a forgotten door or interrupted wall could lead to filling in far more than expected, making cleanup a royal pain in the ass. I don't feel strongly one way or another, but my vote is against, if ...

Decent theory, but even if I did this was several days after the workshops were built.
