Have you tried using paypal? If you click checkout instead of pay by card you should get taken to the paypal site where you can pay with a credit card even without having a paypal account.

If you'd posted this in the Developer forum I expect you would have gotten the same response, from people that obviously have paid for PA.

There's nothing you can do short of editing the save file. Removing bodies from the morgue hasn't been implemented yet.

That would be because it's a text file, notepad can open it.

Edit: This file tells us what most if not all the things in the objects.png file are by listing a name and their x and y coords in the png. Interestingly enough there is a character that is referred to as TheDon.
