Without bickering/arguing with anyone I can safely say there will never multiple stories in this game.

Sorry if that upsets people looking for this but it's already been confirmed by the dev's that it's not happening.

I'm pretty sure the supply bar is measured by current contraband floating around the prison as Kwintus5 has said. Doesn't seem to matter how much potential contraband you have. Just check the report next time you get new arrivals & the weapon supply will go up in regards to the weapons you're in...

The spinny staff thing getting stuck on corners was funny at first but it's actually one of the reasons I've taken a break the game.

So bloody annoying after the 100th time.

Hopefully, this will be fixed in the upcoming alpha release :)
