agreed - if min and med have freetime - the max should work in shop to serve people but however hireable staff would cover for shop hours
simllar to deloyment timetables which tells shop is open or closed

i seen min and max buying but death row cant be let out to shop - so i suggest to chris and mark and icepick that death row or lockdown prisoners should get a trolley service or escorted service to shop front

i would like a book of blueprints of saved designs for easier copying and also the muiltplie floors should be feastabile because if i built more blocks on other side of road - with gates there is risk of prisoner escaping unescorted if gate is opening for trucks so a basement layer could allow rooms...

yeah - i was wondering why no one buying but alternate idea - you could add counter inside the shop part - some prisons have proper shop - just walk in and buy things and go off to cells - this usually in Low secuirty also a cart shop - which moves around prison to sell the things a worker could ass...

for cells - looks like you placed on side of road so better is move them to different area enclosed with fence or tail fence - that's could be problem

for first one - there is door to that area? no door from that building
for second one - you need use Demlish button within fountains menu which clears that left behind structure and restart again - that's why you see some bugs

yes - steam cancelled paid mods i think which they removed afterwards lauch due people complaining to them for paid mods in skyrim

or even free - generally each publisher can set the option to enable paid features - but if publisher decides not put paid feature on it then its will be remain as now

I don't really support this idea, but IV's current idea of permanent lockup or solitary is quite honestly a piss-poor solution. I tried this on a guy just for experimentation. I don't like this idea well this would be ideal - currently in game - you can't transfer prisoner to death row or make life senetence - this would give a ideal for some troublemakers example one person with too many murders also if you don't like it just simply its will be optional feature like dea...

if death row isn't available then other option exists - life sentences which means no parole so option would be chosen in prisoners bio to have his sentence changed example he had murdered alot of prisoners in prison so player can opt for life sentence or send to death row
