[BUG] Continuous intake option not working as intended
So I started a new prison, turned the option off and built my prison. Everything setup now and have 6 available beds but no prisoners. Eventually I got a message saying some prisoners were coming (obviously now I have room). How many? 19! But I only have 6 beds! http://imageshack.us/a/img40/3042/pri...

I don't understand how someone could be against the signed app. One of the things it does is It ensures the executable has not been modified before you run it.
