Foreman currently only seems to unlock the two janitorial employee types - I suspect he might be in charge of queues and work schedules in the future (like making zones and giving them priorities throughout the day)

You don't really need that many drains - all they do is block the water from passing, it doesn't "drain" it at all. So in front of the cells, and on the bottom and top sides. (Just a tip - aesthetically it looks nice)

My lights aren't short circuiting while I'm in the shower - Really don't see why a properly isolated camera should either. It's not like it's on the floor - and even if inmates were splashing water at it, it should be able to take it.

I'd also like to have some better indication of what is in and outdoors. Either through the utilities (sewer) layer, or a faint overlay you can toggle. The way it is now, you can easily forget what is a building, and what is outdoors corridors.

I'm sure most of us have had some manner of issue with the foundation tool. Here's my personal take on it. Foundations are just that - foundations. It's the concrete you put beneath the building flooring which makes an outdoor area, indoors (i.e. it has a roof). No more silly autoplaced walls at edg...
