Maybe there is an easier way for this calculations? However, i would do the calculations. I am not a math expert but i still think with that way we can have more games beause experts and beginners can play together and all players will have a fair rating and chance. So we have one NA mod, one RU mod and one EU mod. Sounds good! ( Six mods, also AF, SA and AS would be great too! )
It should be easier to get decisions with 3 mods if there will be trouble.
