Has anyone said they are looking forward to F.E.A.R. 2?

I missed it if they did, I think this would be one to look forward to, too.

And Gas Powered Games (GPG) doing fantasy RPG wasn't all that good either. They started off okay with Dungeon Siege (DS) but didn't have it as open as they claimed for modding, and the "features" they touted were also closed to easy open modding. Then Dungeon Siege 2 took on the Diablo ski...

That's weird. World of Goo is 19.99 CAD on steam but only 1500 points (15 CAD) on the Wii. Anyone played it? It's got good reviews, been putting off getting it. Yes, it's fantastic. Buy it. Buy it now. Reasonably easy to complete, but then there's the Obsessive Completion Distinction awards to go b...

I didn't start the personal offense, you just did. Once again I disagree. You started here ---v Ok, both of these comments fail in strikingly different ways. Jelco By not explaining what you meant. Just making the derogatory statement with out any explanation of your thoughts and opinions says that...

So true. but you know, without flame wars and disagreements, the world would just be black and white. The full color seems more beautiful even if a little dark. Sort of like Doom :)

Anyways, I've more than made my points. I've clarified and explained them to death.

I'm done with this topic of PC and Consoles. Flame my responses as you wish. I shan't participate any further.

As for the NVidia 6XXX gpu just upgrade to 9XXX. Probably not just that simple. Most 6XXX cpu's were AGP, 9XXX is only PCIe. Considering that the 6x series was the first card of nvidia's to have SLI, I'm going to disagree on that one. nVidia only made AGP versions because at the time there was dema...

I think everything I would say has already been covered - but I reiterate my point that it is completely unneccessary to get a new PC every 6-9 months. My 4- and-a-bit-year-old gaming machine, now in the hands of my sister, would be "budget" by TomCat's standards - it cost AU$1200 and ori...

Jelco: Care to expand or are you just in simple dismissal mode without any intellectual dialog to back up your opinion? The problem with one is that you take everything too seriously. Ace's comment was obviously a joke. In the second example you fail to acknowledge that grandfathers can usually do ...

Jelco: Care to expand or are you just in simple dismissal mode without any intellectual dialog to back up your opinion? TomCat39: I think you're really looking at this from totally the wrong angle. First, a console is a given development target. Joe Average's 360 is going to have the same GPU and CP...

I've played many a game at minimum spec. Just cuz it will run on a GF 6XXX series doesn't mean it's going to look decent. sure run it in 640x480, all shadows off etc etc just so you can get 25 FPS. No thanks. I've been building systems and gaming for almost 15 years now and I've usually done "b...
