Isn't that subject to your nda

A more appropriately named Steam Group seems a much better idea. I'm just waiting for the lobby myself.

Thats a great tip. Would be useful to be able to set that when creating the game though from within the game

What would it improve? Possibly better by asking what is a beta about? A public beta would mean more would play a test version - on a negative that can have the effect of overwhelming a developer with comments. However in reality the game does not have that many active users to be an issue. So the m...

As I said make it public beta - then it's down to choice. Run the stable version or the beta version. Been in numerous games beta's and therefore know what to expect so the question doesn't work for me :)

My only problem with the beta side is there aren't that many players online anyway so taking a bunch of the keys guys off for a different version does reduce the mix even further. Personally the product is out - we've all paid up for it - can't see why these are not open beta with the usual understa...

CTS for me - love the concept of the MW's struggling under them whilst under fire :)

Melting pot is superb.

Xfire

If you have xfire then please support this thread

It is a good way of advertising the game as well as being useful for me if it is supported :)

Perfect - many thanks. Usually with steam games you right click in steam and it shows the manual.

The link provided works perfectly though.

From what I have played so far I would say the review gives a good feel for the game. The control scheme I don't agree with the reviewer. The selection of squad (left and hold) and the officer controls (once I had worked out that one right click did direction, the next did formation and then the nex...

Uh...what game uses multiple clicks to select troops and/or other keys for camera controls (bar the Shift key for speediness)?

I do hope In another strange shortcoming, you cannot chat or say that you are ready in the game lobby; these features are enabled once you enter a game, but not being able to communicate with others in your server before the game begins is very weird Is addressed. Seems a strange decision to have ma...

Steam itself says it will be available in September, too, that doesn't leave too much room for delays. I don't know 11 days would be gutting if it ended up being released at the end of September on Steam but 19th on IV  It shouldn't be a hard or unreasonable question for the production team. ...
