Id be suprised if NukeMe was really ghosting. I know it sometimes happens but more often than not people are just thinking ahead. I know THE REAPER acused me of such in a 1vs1 where an unknown player was watching. However when youve been playing as long as we all have we tend to think ahead and pree...

I suppose it depends on many things. 1. Neigbours Set-up. Depending on how you neighbours, your best then to set EUrope. 2. Default or Survivor. Fine tuning

Was trying this out recently too, just to have more fun and try something diferent. It is definitely more of a subtle aproach, and very much dependant on the players in the game. However it is a valid strategy if considered in diplomacy.
