The problem inherent in this idea is that in DEFCON nukes were your primary method of attack, whereas in Multiwinia they're one of the most powerful, rare attacks in the game.

that he was playing poorly. It might not be playing poorly as much as was distracted from that area right at that moment. It can be difficult to be at all places at once when micromanaging your MW's. And quite often we all try tactics in hopes we catch them distracted right at that precise moment. ...

Yeah, the start of the game would simply be everyone getting out of the way of the nukes, followed by running back and getting their spawns again.

Manual pathfinding can be used to circumvent this, you don't need to just let them go where they want. Select all the MWs carrying the statue, and move them in your preferred direction. If it's still unsatisfactory, Ctrl-Click (or was it Alt-click?) changes pathfinding to the shortest direct route....

While I do agree that Australia's restrictions on paintball guns are very harsh (there should be a different license for paintball and airsoft guns instead of having to get a real firearms license) I have to agree with Pox that I feel much safer from our strict gun laws. I definitely see the appeal...

Rural farming communities still have them (and I mean really rural, they have them to keep the dingoes away), but they're kind of useless if you intend to go on a killing spree, they're not exactl...

7th grade. And yes I am young, This is a video game website is it not? PLEASE NEVER SAY THAT AGAIN In Australia, we have no R18+ rating, because we need all of our Attorney Generals approval to change classifications. And one of them (the one from my state, for shame) comes from the outdated and, h...

I've heard good things about Code Geauss from my friends, I'm going to go get that off them at some point.

Until then, I'm keeping to my as-it-airs-in-Japan Bleach.

If people know anymore retro references or easter eggs in IV games, Please post them. I don't think there's enough room to post them all. In the scrolling text in the DEFCON menu, it asks you "how about a nice game of chess?" And Uplink references just about everything, including Darwinia.
