Well if you are familiar with the UUG as you say you are, then you should realise you are not deleting enough logs, as for what ends the game, if you log onto the agent after you get caught you get a screen with all your in game stats including who caught you and why.

You will almost certainly never have time to delete logs on the target server, you need to delete the earlier ones, a lan, even if you get active trace on it will still perform a passive trace afterwards.
