Just out of curiosity, why SA/EU, NA/AF and EU/AS are not included?

Mode: Best two out of three, limited random (NAvsEU, SAvsAF, EUvsRU or AFvsAS I suggested best out of 3 AND random setups (3 games to balance random setups). 3 games without random setups make no sense. If you want to balance out random setups even more, make it 30 cities, totally random population...
