Hey there,

I fixed a few bugs and added some stats: http://www.akegroup.org/defcon/stats

More than 80% of the games played on our servers are Diplomacy Premium, that's quite incredible.

1. It is well known that AKE is running 3-4 servers at a given time on the same very old server. The machine is indeed quite old but there are very few things running on it. The server's load average is constantly below 0.20 and Defcon processes never use more than 1% CPU, so there really shouldn't...

Wow, we didn't think our "premium" diplomacy idea would be so successful ! That's great ! Our 3 servers are currently down because of hardware issues, but hopefully they'll be up again by mid august. Sorry for the inconvenience. We'll also take this opportunity to update to the latest vers...

The 3 AKE Group servers have been updated a few days ago. The RequireMetaServer config option should really decrease the downtime (we don't really play Defcon anymore so we don't really check every day if the server is down because of a problem with the metaserver, and it happened a couple of times ...

I've just played my first game on it. As I expected, this is just great :D I must admit people were caught off-guard when all their subs appeared. Lots of "get your subs outta here" :D The only way you can prevent people from seeing your subs is to place them somewhere without radar covera...

It has just been tested and it works great. And one slight thing we didn't plan on (but it's even better that way) : we can see our allies' subs at Defcon 5 !
