It would just make sense to auto upgrade and assign prisoners to cells. I have some 10 rated prisoners still in a 2 rated cell yet a 5 rated prisoner is in a 6 rated cell. Although he is close to the rating of the room to me it would make more sense for the 10 rated prisoner to be in that cell.

I had a prison where they didnt bother with tunnels until around day 30. Now I uncover at least two a night. I perform a shakedown every night when I remeber. The Manual search of the toilets seems to work for me too when my dogs find a tunnel however its not always the closest toilet.

Right figured this out. You need to double click one of the other columns (Not Single Click) with a regime type which is different to what is already there. ie: Select 'Free Time' and double click in one of the columns where there is 'Sleep' this will split the regime down and you can then configure...

First, hire a Warden if you haven't already. Click on the Reports icon on the bottom-right of the screen. Click on the "Regime" tab. Yes I'm aware of how to make a regime, I just don't understand how to separate them. Every time I try to assign something it is just block across all three.
