Were I to drink, then I would probably choose the one with the largest bottle. One beer isn't a lot to sustain you for life, so I'd go for quantity.

Depends on the state, I'd imagine. A friend of mine does accident investigations, he keeps fairly busy.

xander's arrow explanation makes sense to me. Things involving mathematical proofs, not so much. The Zimmerman court rejecting a third degree felony murder charge based upon a child abuse statute based on the merger doctrine, or the habeas corpus issues that got discussed today at work.? I got that....
