How to kill everyone as the US?

I've been working out a list of strategies for each continent and how to own everyone with each one. The problem is, I've hit a bit of a snag as the US. So far my current plan is: As North America: Place silos and airfields out of range of South America. Use radar to spy on Mexico. Place one in Alas...

Just tried that, and it's not working. Even if I edit part of these other territories, the changes are not reflected ingame for some reason. [Edit]: Weird, now it's not recognizing any changes I make to NA or USSR either, even though I still have Canada removed. wtf *pokes DEFCON* [Edit 2]: Well, I ...

Hmm, no big deal I suppose. I'd like the CPUs to be more aggressive against cities. I notice that the US hits more cities than the USSR in about 4/5 test runs. I don't know if it's because the US sometimes gets more nuke silos placed or what. Is there anyway to somehow "remove" the other 4...

Well, it's kinda not working now. For some reason now the US's nuke count DROPS as it places silos. All the way down into the negatives, which triggers the victory timer. I can fix this easily by removing the victory timer I suppose. Also, Phoenix Arizona won't show up on the Polar Mod. Nor will Kan...

Awesome. I did what you said and got both sides to use only ICBMs. It went absolutely perfect and greatly demonstrated what would happen if the US and USSR went toe-to-toe in the Cold War. Thank you so much for your help. I can't wait to demonstrate this in class next week!

Need some help modding a mod! (For school even!)

Yup, I'm doing a report of sorts on the 50s in US History and I'm going to do a part involving ICBMs. My friend suggested using the polar mod of DEFCON, and I agreed with him. After testing it though, I do notice a few things I need to change. 1) I need to remove Canada. How can I remove Canada from...

I almost always hit every single installation my radar comes in contact with and still manage to pull of a win here or there. You just have to be the one sending the stray nuke here and there along with destroying units. Just a quick tip: If you're in a large multiplayer game, take out the "bi...

Africa: Wanted for genocide

Africa and Russia are both without a doubt the best continents to mount an offense. US left early on from connection problems, and then everyone joined up against Russia. I sent massive amounts of bombers towards Russia and some towards Europe. Europe left shortly for some reason, and I dropped my p...

Yeah, you more than likely would have won if both of us went at it. Europe still hurt a lot of my navy, and I know I lost some bombers that were on my carriers, along with the subs I had launched. Would have been interesting though.

Because randomly capitalizing words helps get the point across.

Yeah, such a disappointment that the server shut. Also, my resources were not as low as you thought. I still had 6 subs fully loaded, and 4 full silos, and 2 with 5 ICBMs, along with a decent amount of bombers. I probably would have been hit harder, but I could have knocked you down a peg or two if ...

It's always set to 25 when you start a new server up, so you have to manually set it to 50 each time if you want all of those cities available.

Re: Okay now this is weird (Considering I installed 1.42

Canada does have cities, USA - Central America . Edit, didn't read your whole post, Anchorage is also listed, take a look at the screen shot links above, you'll see. Now that's weird.. I just installed the 1.42 patch and all those cities didn't show up.. Only portland in fact lemme make a sc...
