Still not many big magazine reviews . I guess that review copies weren't sent out to magazines and stuff until virtually release date? I'd have expected at least PC Gamer to possibly get an early review.

How do you create them? You can only build them when you have the appropiate crate powerup; you're unlikely to get more than 1 or 2 such powerups in the course of a game.

I don't know if the Multiwinia allows you to add the retail key to the MW demo on steam and upgrade it to the retail copy. I do wish I could have Steam achievements :'( and also its easier for my friends to find me on it This oughtn't be any easier than just listing a non-Steam game given that MW do...
