I noticed in your game.txt there is no (Action RunScript mission_launchpad.txt) -or- (Action RunScript mission_netmon.txt) ...unless you have them tripped off anouther script file. The (Event AlwaysTrue - RunScript game.intro.txt) should be listed first in the Events StartDefinition. I see where the...

I've looked at your posts...without seeing all the other files/scripts/strings I can't make heads from tails. I would read your game texts actions and events and look at each script and string, map and mission file...check spelling...start all mods with a new profile. If when testing levels, if you ...

EDIT// ...my bad, didn't change to a new profile. I love it! And my size of map too... I have 11fps at the start, it is just a tad laggy but p...

I've been using Hammer for some time now...cool stuff. I was working on a new map for Dystopia just as Darwinia came out. I must have every Half-Life2 file out there. I'm re-building my Half-Life2 Dedicated Server (Lowell's Fun House - on the server list.) It will have an Intel 975 mobo ( can push 1...

Yes amandioc2 you are correct. Thanks... As for Hadron I have built two different styles of the map. I am testing them now to see which is the better of the two. Filling levels with hundreds of creatures but no good reason is the easier way to produce boring ones. Remember we are talking about a &qu...

Resizing Hadron...
I am in the middle of rebuilding Hadron. I think this map has turned out better the millionth time over. Unit levels should be better managed as well as frame rates during play. The objectives menu is much shorter and accomplishes the same level play. With a few added tricks thrown in. Aside of the ...

You will need to boot from a floppy, fdisk the virtual drive, reboot, then format. At this link you can download several versions from 4 on up as well as Virtual Server for free...the walkthroughs have screenshots on the install process. They use Win98, but I would guess you could use your 95 CD or ...

Wasn't Flamming...just having fun. Virtual PC came out in 1997 for the Mac. Windows also runs version 2004 SP1, Macs version 7.0.2 Red Alert came to market in 1998. It will play on 95/98, I had it running on 2000 when I was making a mod for it, so I am sure it should run on XP. 95 is now Unsupported...

Win 95 !!! OMG you are lightyears back into the stone age ... :D 95 is garbage and won't run hardly any new apps. or games. XP will run them all, you can emulate the older op systems for games and such. Vista will be out in November...that will blow all that away. Also many New games need Windows Me...

Steve will be well missed by many children that watched his show on The Discovery Channel. I think children liked his honest friendly approach, he gave his subjects a since of excitement and wonder. I watched him on Larry King just days before his demise, a true naturalist. He always meant well to e...

   I thought the Gesture system wasn't working...I never checked it. I have always used the Icon system, didn't like the gesture stuff...it would fill up the screen right at a point where you needed to give orders and was in the way...for me anyway. Yes...I started building the Mod...
