Sadly, they never released a demo. And they ceased development on Subversion once they started the Prison Architect project.

I still foster a tiny sliver of hope that they might rethink their plans for Subversion and start working on it again at some point in the future, but it's not very likely.

Common complaint. You need a tablet, it won't work on phones. Pretty stupid imo, my phone could easily handle it as well, but IV won't allow it because of reasons

You can edit it to your heart's content on the same page where you created it. But if you want another name in the game, you'll have to buy it again.

You have to buy it again and your idea won't ever become reality, because the mobile version was created by another company than the PC/Mac/Linux version. They want their money too.

the fact that the game only uses one core Incorrect since November 2013, when Alpha version 15 came out. Since then, the game does use multiple cores. However, multithreading (splitting the execution of a program across multiple threads so that multiple cores actually help) is horribly complicated....

The get your name in the game purchase option was done a long time ago. What rubbish. Don't listen to this guy. :| The DLC is still being sold and you can still add your name the same way you always could, which you can easily find out by browsing this forum. The game no longer gets any updates, the devs have moved on to their next project. The new names in the game are added without game updates, there is a button in the game which lets you download the latest names in the game list instead.

All hot water features have been made optional a couple of patches ago. You can activate them like this: Esc->Extras->Map Settings->Enable Weather.

Be aware though, once activated, you cannot deactivate them again on the current prison.

Watch their latest update video. They are unsure if they're going to recreate the DLC for the PC, but if they do, it's going to be somewhat different, more according to their own vision for the game. And it's going to be free, as always.
