Not to drag this too far off topic, but, when coding for Windows there are cerain flags you can set to specify the properties of a window. I haven't checked, but I suspect one of these will enable/disable Alt-Tab.

I don't think there is an issue with the Darwinians being clumped together. Why does it matter? They still behave as they should, don't they? You may be able to separate them a bit by telling some of them to go and work in a mine or something like that, but personally, I don't think it's an issue. A...

Thats what the bug summary list is for. If you looked there and didn't see the bug then my descriptions must be a bit crap. If you want me to change something on that list, PM me and I'll sort it. Appologies if it wasn't clear.

Bug Summary List - Read before posting please - 11/01/05

OK, looks like I'll sort the bugs in this thread. At some point I may go through and add whether the bug has been replicated. But as it is I kinda have little faith in anyone reading this before they post, seeing as no-one reads anything it seems. But if you do read this, please say if there is anyt...

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read the forum before you post. Again, this is already known, and I wouldn't say is a bug. The Officer Program is only a program until you promote a Darwinian to an Officer, after which the program stops running and you have an officer.

What if you do it standing further back and aim in same place? Same thing happen? Or do you have to be right below? In fact, I'm gonna go try. I'll post if I can recreate it.

So what happens? You go into one, come out of the one it's pointed at, the walk back into that one, and come out at the one that radar is pointed at? Sounds pretty good to me :) I take back what I said about it being a bug.

Well, he was talking about Alt-X, and I knew that X was the wrong key to terminate and that it was C, hence I said it was Alt-C. Not stopping to realise that it was infact Ctrl.

F2 is the debug cam, and is a frozen cam. By default it is on Auto, so perhaps for some reason the game thought that it needed to invoke the debug cam at that point. Pressing F1 then setting the Debug Cam to "never" should resolve that, although I've yet to try it. I'll report back if I can recreate...

I thought it might've been, but then the mentioning of Alt made me think that it must've been that. My mistake. Sorry.

OK, the camera issue is Class B, but the pressing escape cause it to crash is Class A and has already been mentioned.

That is a similar, although not strictly the same, type of bug.

If you mean close and in-game program, it is Alt + C, even though the help thing says its Alt-X. In fact there is one that says Alt-X and one that says Alt-C, but only Alt-C works. This was pointed out in apost in the Class C bugs, I think, and has definatewly been mentioned before. Please search an...
