Nope, the Assembly is mainly for the servers parts, which runs on Unix Only machines and only i386 arch so it'll be portable. try learn a little Asm, before making a statment like that. it'll only be a problem if someone is going to use a MIPS, or a M86000, or something like that. but who has a SGI ...
