I agree it makes sense, programming wise. I guess what I'm thinking now is a feature request rather than a bug report.

[Suggestion] Janitors/gardeners spread out a bit more?

I've hired four janitors, and they always seem to follow each other, cleaning as a team. Wouldn't it make more sense for them to split up and cover more ground?

I also seemed to encounter a bug where objects would gain the attribute of a staff member:

I clicked on a toilet and it said "Escort Prisoner to Holding Cell (Queued)"

I like it the way it is - smaller pipes - less volume - pressure is obviously going to diminish as you get further away from the water generator (currently only simulated by small pipes away from big pipes) That's the issue. It's not calculated by small pipess away from big pipes, it's calculated b...

Restricted areas sounds good. Then you can use CCTV and guard patrolls to check if prisoners ever get into those areas.

It's true, it'd be nice if the discussion threads and comedy threads could be moved to another board, making searching for bugs and feature requests easier, since bugs and feature requests would then be the only thing in the board.

[Bug] Placeable objects invisible while paused

When the game is paused, you can still give orders to your workmen such as "build a serving table here". I assume this is intentional. However, the serving table cursor doesn't appear, so when I'm rotating it with the middle mouse button I don't know which way it's going to face unless I u...

[Suggestion] Hotkeys

Moving the mouse to the bottom left gets annoying every time I want to open or close a menu. What if you bound the Foundations button to the 1 key, bind Materials to 2, etc?

Seconded! I can certainly see the benefit in that. A simpler solution might be some sort of "Architect Tool" that would allow you to mark the map up for planning purposes. That's essentially what "designating a room" currently does :p We just want the option to do it for building...

My suggestion...

Scrap the "requires entrance" thing, and make it so laying a foundation simply lays a foundation, and doesn't automatically put walls around the perimeter.

DustForce is awesome

DustForce is a very cool game. It's a bit like Super Meat Boy, except rather than leaving trails of goop everywhere you touch, you need to pick up as much goop (or leaves or dust) as you can. Performance is judged not only on time, but on completion level and combo length. It's part of the current ...
