You can also go to a store and get one of those "Visa Gift Card" ... You pay cash for it at the store, and then use it to buy anything you want as long as the card has enough money on it.

I suggested this before, and I still approve it. No auto-placed walls, no auto-placed lights, no requirement of "entrance" when building.

A control such as this would be neat, then we could also set it to zero if we want to play with a limited number of prisoners and test those parts of the game too.
