ZW - Zee Wolf (and the sequel, ZW2: Wild Justice), by Binary Asylum, on the Amiga.
CF - Cannon Fodder, Sensible Software's best game (also the first game I completed). Ignore CF2. Its not that good.

Yeah, but then for a Darwinian chirp or laser sound (is that posible?) the size of the wav, even if you have a group, is still pretty small.

I'll have to have a look in the code, see if its supported.

Now I know the sound format I'm fine for that part. I'll experiment with a couple of different formats while I get in and fiddle. As ok as .ogg is, its lossy so for shorter stuff like gunfire and nades and shouts, wav would be better. Had another thought on the bus, for somthing slightly simpler. Yo...
