Seems like a fanatic Animal Crossing fan had a variable IP address, too. Well, at Gametunnel cheating is "prohibited" because you have to register at their forum to vote. The problem is that other indie games have got fanatic fans, too, and not too few of them. So EVERYONE who reads this post, you H...

Never use WMV and 2 minutes really shouldn't take 50 MB... 5 MB per minute should be enough, if you need to make it high quality, 10 MB should still be plenty. Hell, I usually encode my videos at around 2.5 MB per minute and they still look good. Why you can't register existing copies at Ste...

Too expensive? £20 too expensive? Yes. 20 "quids" in Polish zloties equals 120 zloties. I only have any sympathy with them in two circumstances: if the game is very hard to find in the shops, and yet is still regarded as payware by its publisher; if the game is extremely derivative crap, in which c...

My well planned marketing crusade will start tomorrow. I will copy an A4 sheet of paper with a Darwinian on it, the words "save us!" and the web address darwinia.co.uk . My initial run will be about 100 copies and I'll leave them everywhere I go. Need to get me some adhesive tape... Imagine shopping...

Re: Words of Apology
Ok, here's my apology for being so annoying and for warezing Darwinia. So, yesterday I had to reformat my PC due to extreme infection by Win32.Tenga.a. And I did it. ALL data has been lost. Along with Darwinia. . And, the most recent update on buying Darwinia: I don't want to buy it. Finished it, a...

NaNoWriMo
Chris, it's your fault I started this crazy thing! I just started writing my NaNoWriMo novel. 1000 words now but I have to do at least 100 more today. I'd rather write another 4000 but I don't know if I can... Anyone else trying to write 50.000 words in 30 days? What's your status? http://www.nanowr...
