I make sure my protective custody prisoners are locked up when everyone else is roaming around, for example. I don't know how this could be handled without bloating the UI. then make your protective custod...

might not want to just set it what their supposed to be doing cuz for example they can go to the shower after they eat(my prisoners dont use napkins) or enjoy some free time on the good old toilet when they supposed to be learning.
