I have now put up a new test build on the public Steam beta branch 'test' .

You can access it via Library | Right Click Defcon | Properties | BETAS | Select Test branch. Steam should update it next time you play DEFCON.

It is now possible to update the names in game to the latest list from within the game:

Extras | Names in Game | Update Available button.

We also try to update the names in game whenever we release an update.
