Just bought the retail game and am having the 'choppy framerate' problem discussed here and in other threads.

Any fix/suggestions or is it a lost cause because of my NVIDIA GeForce FX Go5200?

I am really enjoying the novel nano and it occured to me it is the sort of book that Introversion fans would enjoy.

Anyone else read it? What do you think?

When switching on the 'territory display', it would be nice to have the option of displaying the colour-coding on the map without having the large white 'name labels'.

I hope this hasn't already been answered but the Search function doesn't seem to be up and working. When a unit mode is changed, hovering the pointer over the unit displays the countdown until mode switch is complete. However, I notice that some units seem to cycle around a countdown for no apparent...

Ah! Yes, I think I can see that. Reminds me of the "can you see an old lady or young girl" optical illusion.

Can anyone tell me what the graphic on the Status Button is supposed to be? The monitor, disk, dollar and envelope on the others are all obvious but my old brain refuses to recognise the graphic on the Status button

Seriously, it must be one of those "is it an old lady or young woman" things because I still can't see it.

Can anyone tell me what the image on the Status Button represents? The other button icons (disk, $, envelope etc.) are unmistakable but for the life of me I cannot fathom out what the image on the Status button is.
