When Prison Architect will be officially launched, it will have a proper setup like all other games.

To create a shortcut, right mouse click on the extracted "Prison Architect.exe", from the context menu, select "Send To", then "Desktop".

The config file is in binary form for Uplink.

The easiest way is to delete it, simply remove the following file: [path where you installed Uplink]\users\options
