That would be great with one-way doors. There could be 2 types: One door that have the same toughtness as a solitary door, called the "One-way automatic door". This door will only open when SOMEONE approaches from the correct side, regardless of this is a prisoner, guard, staff or whatever...

aah. Because I never saw prisoners use them. Same with Weights bench. Not a very permanent fix, but pretty a permanent fix.

Eg, once you kick all workers and then reemploy them by dropping them nearer the building site, the obstruction will clear with time.
