Yes they are one-way. They need to be one-way so the system can understand which thing is input and which thing is output when for example using logic gates.

To see which "wayness" a wire has, look at the darker "current" which moves the way the wire is routed.

Karlito: That guy shouldnt be a problem. Anything without "Volatile" is HARMLESS, provided you treat your prisoners good. (eg, give the prisoners what they want).

Jinxed: I dont agree. I Think the price you have to pay, should just be the opposite of what you would get, for his remaining time. + a fixed transfer fee. So if you get say 500$ per day for a prisoner, and he has 10 Days left Before getting "RELEASED", then you should have to pay 5000$ + ...
