I downloaded that file, I have Norton SystemWorks 2002 and it identified WebbsyteChat040.exe as being infected with W95.CIH.

Of course Chris works for Introversion, he's the lead programmer!!!  Without him this great game would not be possible!  Icepick is just some guy that posts a lot, has a great uplink fan site, and happens to be a moderator!
