I've largely ignored it so far and it doesn't seem to cause any problems, so long as you're meeting the rest of the prisoners needs.

In my experience, PC prisoners tend to get along fine with each other. I don't think I've had an issue yet with PC prisoners fighting among themselves in my current prison. They also share a yard with a Min sec block and I haven't had any issues there, either (at least yet). Building them their own ...

I finally got the achievement after escaping from a 300 capacity prison I downloaded from the Steam workshop. It was one of the easiest prisons I've escaped from yet, too. :P At least, I'm assuming that prisoner capacity is how they determine if the prison is "decent." I'm not really sure ...

I think the guards didn't go to the second armoury to get tazers because the room requirements were not met (there wasn't a table in the room). Guards do seem to favor going to the first armoury that you made to pick up tazers, but they will go to other armouries if they can't get to the first one, ...

I think that leaving dead bodies lying around might affect the environment need. prisoners don't really want too see dead bodies (I don't know atm) While I think this is true, dead bodies are pretty much taken straight to the hearse the majority of the time. I only ever notice the morgue being used...

If security levels are actually set on the prison, I believe guards do become hostile if you enter a different area from your own. If everything is set to shared, though, your security level doesn't matter. As for the regime, the only things you have to follow are lockup and sleep. If guards see you...
