Back up your save folder uninstall the game restart Steam re download game put save folder back and try again. Sometimes after an update of any game doing that can fix issues.

You using Steam it auto upsdates and it tells you in game by date:)

I had this with one cell and the holding cell . But the thing is they both did not have that error . Loaded up game hour later after a break it just there. I now starting a new game am new so messed up
