I guess there should be a certain distance when contraband is transferred between 2 entities; maybe 2 cells?
In any case it doesn't seem to check if there is an object (like a wall/door) in between,

How about a limit to guards. Normal would be 15 or something and security rooms increase it. That way you can only have so many at once and you have to be smart with limited numbers. I think the limit should be related to their cost - so limit is what you can afford. So if it is too easy to hire a ...

Slipped through a crack in the wall - you get that when you use the cheaper building materials.
Solve it by replastering the cell or cell block.

What is suggested many times before - and sounds ok in my book - is that staff arrives via bus/truck instead of dropping from the sky. This should increase difficulty/realism in any case. Like the idea and well thought out -
Devs stated in their videos that gangs were the last big thing to be added before release - so either they regard this as not such a big thing, or its not being implemented before release (but maybe after?)

Allow us to manually select what guards should have freefire. Just because I want a guard with freefire in my supermax cellblock or guarding my armory, doesn't mean I want my armed guards to execute my high sec inmates as soon as they start a fight... I think what you really want is freefire zones ...

Is it maybe based on the freedom need?
In the latest alphas we can make tiny rooms and have them in permanent lockdown - that would cause a breakout attempt imo.
Otherwise they might have tweaked the escape behaviour..

In many sim games there are events happening in a large scale world (larger than your screen) that could/should be of interest to you. They usually have some icons leading you to the location when clicked. I would like to see these go-to button somewhere in PA - too many times I see many icons flash...
